A reasonable budget?
What was last seasons budget?
I wouldn't trust him or our "recruitment team" with a f***ing penny and hopefully these new owners feel the same.
Yes, you f***ing are.![]()
Right, the situation. The new company is owned 100% by the American LLP. As that's registered in Delaware, which has very limited disclosure requirements, it's guesswork as to who the partners are. My guess is all four. Dell isn't a director of the newco, because he's intended to be a passive investor. Going forward, I'd guess that the newco will own a majority stake in Sunderland, with the minority interest staying with Madrox.
It needs a f***ing garbage Newcastle and a superbly minted Sunderland. Fuck them
He'll be logged out but viewing. He's defo here. Can't login as much as he was then just stop
Being a director has nothing to do with how many shares you own. Tony Davison is a director of Sunderland and owns no shares at all. Mike Ashley owns 100% of Newcastle and is not a Director. Can you explain that being a Director doesn't necessarily mean that you have an equal share of the business as I think that some are getting a bit confused on here?
And you didn't even tell me!Aye I was given the info as well. Wish I'd posted it now
Whoooaa, steady on there.I will believe it and join in when it happens.
Only proper.
Dell is reet in the mix, make no mistake about that.Right, the situation. The new company is owned 100% by the American LLP. Hard man to please you mate.I will believe it and join in when it happens.
Only proper.
last of the big spendersThey have formed a company that is worth 1GBP and has 1 share that is owned by an American Company.
Mike doesn't do pressure.Maybe in the long run this could help you lot get rid of Ashley, if we achieve takeoff I reckon the pressure will be too much and he will end up having to sell.
If I'm honest I would love the whole area to get that buzz of the late 90's back, needs a good Newcastle team as well as SAFC.
There are some, but fewer than other states, and way less than required here. You certainly know your stuff mate, but I thought that Delaware disclosure thing was a bit of a myth. I've read or seen something recently about it and cant figure out what it was but it said that it wasn't true
