Advisory role I reckon. Someone who has a bit of knowledge of the area and good business contacts might come in imo.My guess is 0% for Charlie

People going over the top like. We don’t know how these will invest, and we still have Jack Ross in charge who is totally clueless.
Aye he's fuming. Refused to belive companies house then changed his mind![]()
A reasonable budget? You are right we don’t know anything yet about their investment plans...hopefully it’s ambitious although we do still have to meet the financial fair play rules.
It would be interesting to see how Ross would. React to having a reasonable budget. Presumably also a lot more players may be interested in coming to us if the new boards plans are communicated. Ross was right to some extent that the club does need to grow more sustainably, albeit we do need a good cash injection now to get us out this league.
Well i can say with upmost honesty that overjoyed was not my first emotion sir.
People are getting confused because it says the new english company is owned 75% (or more) by the new american company. It's actually 100% because the english company only has 1 share. We don't know who owns the new american company or what proportion of club shares the new english company will own. They may well do.
I thought the FPP Sunderland Ltd was a holding company looking after F, P and Ps shares in SAFC and that F, F and P own 75 % of FPP Sunderland Ltd according to someone upthread. Which is why I asked who owns the other 25% of FPP?

@geordiedean has entered the denial stage.
I'm confused as fuck actuallyCan you explain that being a Director doesn't necessarily mean that you have an equal share of the business as I think that some are getting a bit confused on here?

It needs a f***ing garbage Newcastle and a superbly minted Sunderland. Fuck themMaybe in the long run this could help you lot get rid of Ashley, if we achieve takeoff I reckon the pressure will be too much and he will end up having to sell.
If I'm honest I would love the whole area to get that buzz of the late 90's back, needs a good Newcastle team as well as SAFC.
Right, the situation. The new company is owned 100% by the American LLP. As that's registered in Delaware, which has very limited disclosure requirements, it's guesswork as to who the partners are. My guess is all four. Dell isn't a director of the newco, because he's intended to be a passive investor. Going forward, I'd guess that the newco will own a majority stake in Sunderland, with the minority interest staying with Madrox.

Seems 3 is a number, just like 3 from the bottom of the EPLGeordie Dean telling everyone to relax. He's been camped out on the take over thread as much as we have. He's absolutely f***ing devastated.
