Interesting that there is a registration tying it back to the USA and specifically Delaware.

Free foam hands at the match tonightToss-up between them, or winner of a sprint around the pitch to decide who kicks the game off at the start? Whoops sorry, wrong sport, all of this Americanism has gone to my head!

These the richest club in the universe yet?
Yeah I think. Seemed happy in truth but only speed reading.Has @ShieldsBlackCat2015 been on yet?
Right, the situation. The new company is owned 100% by the American LLP. As that's registered in Delaware, which has very limited disclosure requirements, it's guesswork as to who the partners are. My guess is all four. Dell isn't a director of the newco, because he's intended to be a passive investor. Going forward, I'd guess that the newco will own a majority stake in Sunderland, with the minority interest staying with Madrox.@Grumpy Old Man ,is this the case? Is there any further info of Dell's involvement?
Thought some people on here were obsessed with the mags, but that is just bloody weirdYou must be logged on to see external links
