Jack Ross has only been a manager for 3 and a bit seasons. He's just turned 43 so as such he's very inexperienced and he made a few mistakes last season. I would hope he learns from them.

I'm not sure. I would have sacked him and went more short term to be honest but it was a marginal call IMO.

I hope he learns and does well. If he doesn't he will have to go.

The likes of Hume, Robson, Honeyman, Gooch and O'Nien are all under 25. All have room for improvement. Players reach their peak at around 27 or 28.
