That’s pretty average.

Froth and Neil Young probably

Maybe Peter Perrett

Jambinai could be up your street. A combo of Korean folk and post-rock. As for the rest, I'll give Perrett a listen and Jake Xerxes Fussell. Can't remember whether Dylan LeBlanc is on for a good album or a bad one, he alternates. Mark Mulcajy is usually good as well. The Divine Comedy album got an 8/10 in Uncut so might check that out also.

The names I recognise on that list mark me down as old ffs.

Funnily enough I was listening to Jambinai last week! Hadn’t seen them on the list

I love that that’s how you define my taste....

Cave In are still around?! Saw them supporting the Foo Fighters about 15 years ago.

Will give Neil Young a listen.

Yeasayer’s album All Hour Cymbals is one of my very favourite albums. Nothing they’ve done since have come anywhere close. I’ll give it a blast in the faint hope that they return to that sort of feel.

If I’d kept me Only Ones albums they’d probably be worth summit with this Perrett revival going on. But then I probably wouldn’t be a home owner. That’s London property for you.

Lust For Youth is very good on first listen, anybody into synth, dark wave will like. Reminds me of Cold Cave etc.

Quite enjoyed Perry Farrell on first listen - nothing like either Jane’s Addiction or Porno for Pyros but it does have that kind of vibe to it. Otherwise it’s very much a pop-rock record but on the cool end of pop.

Also discovered that Eagles of Death Metal released a covers album which I’ll probably check out later but won’t be of interest to this thread - cover Kiss, GNR, ACDC, Ramones, John giels, George Michael and a few others.
