Chicken adobo. f***ing honking man.
My mom is Filipino so I grew up eating Filipino food. I don't eat meat anymore but I used eat chicken adobo often growing up. Growing up my favorite was always lumpia, though. Oh, and buko pandan is glorious.

I have to say that Filipino is still my go-to food . I grew up with it so that's my comfort food.

Nothing soothes my soul better than a crispy fried whole fish with white rice, a banana, and a side of vinegar and sliced tomatoes for dipping. You take a piece of the fish, a bit of rice, a piece of the banana and mush it together than dip into the vinegar and tomato. Drain it with a nice, cold beer and I am in f***ing heaven.
That sounds absolutely outstanding!
I was working in Alabama last year and every meal was like a Man v Food challenge . Mexican food in little family run Mexican restaurants on non descript strip malls. BBQ joints run by locals.... pure heaven

There are so many cultures here in America that you can find all kinds of foods just about everywhere and anywhere.

The other day my wife and I were driving around and there was this small stand selling papusas just in the middle of this residential neighborhood. We decided to get some and they were absolutely amazing.
