Actually he initially “forgot” shooting at the barricade but then remembered when they dug his bullet out of the dead guy at the barricade. That would have been my story too.

Here, never mind all that, your dog's mint! Mine's bigger now than he is in the avatar but little fucker won't sit still long enough to get a decent picture.This. Totally agree with OP.
Like I said previously some of his statements won’t be allowed in court as they weren’t carried out under official caution. This is the reason it’s not clear cut. It’s like taking things what people say on here and presenting them to a court of law as fact.Actually he initially “forgot” shooting at the barricade but then remembered when they dug his bullet out of the dead guy at the barricade.
New figures reveal scale of unsolved killings from the Troubles - Investigations & Analysis - Northern Ireland from The DetailI think it was @cornish mackem that posted the split between people being brought to trial in cold cases. It's pretty even.
Where did 800 come from btw? I thought it was less than that but I've been wrong before and I'll be wrong again.
They weren’t murdered in cold blood.
So is mine, Borders are the best. Here, never mind all that, your dog's mint! Mine's bigger now than he is in the avatar but little fucker won't sit still long enough to get a decent picture.
Best dog I've ever had. Busy distracting him from The Yorkshire Vet as animals on the telly annoy him unfeasibly...So is mine, Borders are the best.
All 690They were, you have obviously not read the eye witness testimony.
I’m going to go with the finding of the biggest ever British enquiry lasting 12 years. Interviewing 900 eyewitnesses and offering all freedom from prosecution to everyone telling he truth - and say that soldier f is a wanker, the ira utilized the situation to make millions in the following decades and nobody gave one shiny shite about any innocent people who were injured.Like I said previously some of his statements won’t be allowed in court as they weren’t carried out under official caution. None of the witnesses can speak of his mental state, "in cold blood" would be killing without feeling. Like the use of "AWOL" yesterday you are using a turn of phrase either incorrectly or without merit. They were, you have obviously not read the eye witness testimony.

You think he's murderous scum, we get it. Referring to the same thing multiple times doesn't really improve your position.
At least @CatRyan can give multiple reasons for hating everyone in the country she was born and raised in.
Fired at a barricade iirc.

On the other side his CO ordered him forward into a hostile situation. He was a 19 yo going into a republican terrorist controlled no go area. An area where the ira did try to shoot said 19 yo and his friendsIf a lad comes out waiving a white handkerchief to help an injured/dying man and the accused gets down on one knee and puts a bullet through his head, then I'd call that cold blooded.
Dont see how you can argue otherwise tbf.
The one that could only find enough evidence from 900 people to charge 1 out of 18 arrested? Well done sir.I’m going to go with the finding of the biggest ever British enquiry lasting 12 years. I can understand where people are coming from but going on past cases like lee clegg, he will walk. Imo.Not really. He shot someone in the back. A disabled adult who was afraid.

I feel gutted for the people killed that day.
Tbh I don’t think it will make the courtroom. Crown that is. And I doubt it will be trail by jury.
He was a red arse (new). If he had heard a shot he would have reacted with a shot in the direction of the contact before taking cover then let rip.Shit shot for one of our wonderful paras isn't he?
