Went to see Jelly Boy last night, which is Benji from Happyness' new solo project. Good stuff, sounds like what Happyness would sound like if they were more cocaine and less weed. One to watch.
Support came from 7 piece Pet Shimmers who were fronted by a big bastard with what looked like a wig. They were okay, nothing flash. Impressive to get 7 people on stage at the Shacklewell Arms. The soundcheck was more fun than their set, it was manic.
