I would never quite know what to do with a place like that. From it's age it would feel wrong doing too much and I'd fear creating a clueless footballers decor while ripping the character out of it. On the other hand some of the rooms there just look horrible.
Not that I'm ever likely to have the stress of deciding how to decorate my new £1.2m home. 1970s builds are nice and easy - though even then I'm still not convinced by the bight yellow the missus loves on the living room walls.

Didn't even know it was there til I was searching for afternoon tea places for our lass and her mates. Looks spot on like.Bang out of order imo.
I was there for a wake last year and the place was lovely mind.
