I hope not. Currently sitting with 3,600 players in club, full transfer pile and full unassigned. Every pack opening is now a sea of duplicates - did one of the Premium PL upgrades and got 12 duplicates including 2 duplicate untradables. Need PL and Eredivisie to drop urgently then George Best will be mine!!

Same, I can't do Any prem lg upgrades now. I get dupes all over. I have at least 15+ players per prem club and most got each la liga.

You can bet the next to drop will be whatever the most people don't have stockpiled

Ive got 400k and i was thinking RTTF Costa on LM?

But perhaps going for VVD at centre half and upgrade robertson?

Saw one random tweet the streamers etc in a pic of a toty hed packed. Left his coins etc in the screen shot......50k coins (nothing really) and 22k fifa points. That's about 200 quid worth(??) AFTER he's packed toty. Fuck knows how much some of these fuckers are ploughing into EAs coffers:eek::neutral:

I have opened nearly 65 league packs. No TOTY. Lots of good cards though and have just rinsed. That Ibra is actually unbelievable

What’s the crack with winter upgrades.

So I’ve heard VVD will get an upgrade, does that mean all his cards will get a bump?

I’m thinking about getting his champions league card which is an 87, if they beat Bayern it goes to 89 and then a winter upgrade could be a 91 rather card.
 
Spent all weekend pissing about with the 2k players i had in my club to build upgrade packs in the hope of getting a TOTY. Only got 600 players left in the club and not a sniff, I have done all of Stoichkovs SBC other than the 87 and 88 team from the players though with the untradeables i've packed.

Chucked £30 in for 4600 points for once last role of the dice, opened a 100k pack and got TOTY Marcelo, Higuain, IF Cazorla and IF Arthur all in 1 pack!

Upgrades only apply to cards after the upgrade iirc. So if you have VVDs 85 gold card and ea upgrade him say to 87 for example, yours stays at 85.
But anyone who might pack him after the upgrade would get the 87
 
FWIW, pretty sure Van Dijk's POTM card will also get boosted, it was cheaper on Friday though due to the amount of packs being opened, he's class as well.
 
Ended up throwing Rui Costa in for Rivaldo as has the other components complete due to upgrade packs. Didn't get a walk out in the Ultimate pack!

Rivaldo is far better than Costa though so happy enough.

Some of the icons are ridiculous like. I understand the need to make the icons uber, but a little realism wouldn't go amiss.
Played against prime Lineker yesterday. Ffs man haway:lol: Lineker never scored from futher than the pen spot man, this fucker was sending first time 35 yard finesse volleys into top corner. Ridiculous :rolleyes::lol:

Just had a 100k pack from the Stoichkov SBC, and got 82 Pastore as the best player. That pack costs about £8, mental.
