Easter ( Mallorca )already booked and will hopefully manage lads Mallorca trip again.

To be honest we're still finding lesser known climbs and routes.
Plus the hotel and resort bang on.
While I'd go back to Girona for a city break the cycling while nice just not a patch on Mallorca ..just my opinion of course

Pretty good thanks. Still alive for starters, which is a plus considering when I was chatting to the anaesthetist just before the op he described me as being in a "potential drop down dead any day state". 6 weeks now since being jacked open and getting stronger every day but still not back to superhero status yet & I expect another 6 weeks before they let me get on a bike again. Can't f***ing wait.

Absolutely great news. Listen to your doctors advice and you will be flying up mountains in no time.

Good to hear mate. Take it slowly
 
First ride of the new year today and snapped the rear mech off my CX :( Bent the hanger and generally made a hell of a mess. I now have a CX fixie.
