% meat content isn’t linear with a nice sausage. Need a bit filler in there for a nice banger. Butchers sausages aren’t typically 90%+ meat

I’m the same like. Love sausages you get in sarnies from burger vans and that but “proper” sausages I never really enjoy.

Co-op sausages are awesome. Their Cumberland and Lincolnshire ones are immense.

They do 92% pork ones for £3.
Why anybody would even look at Richmond is beyond me. Is it just because it's a brand name?

Quite genuinely, seek out the Geordie Banger company. At least I think that’s their name. They have a stall down the Quayside on Sundays.

Absolutely top notch sausages.

sure they have a little place in the grainger market. also try the northumberland sausage company like wilfy says. their pork and caramelised red onion are quite superb.
