Bugger, this motivated me to buy two gold packs costing 30k and got nowt.

Just checked the market to see who I could have bought for 30k and instant regret, one decent player would sort me out, must have opened over 50 packs as a combo of SBCs and real money but still nowt!

I feel your pain. Opened hundreds of packs as I have done pretty much every SBC going, not spent any money on the game though, and this is the first player I have pulled worth serious coin. Pulled Cavani previously who is a higher rating but only worth a tenth of the price!

What puts me off spending real money is packs like the Mega Pack I got from submitting the Juventus team into the Italian SBC. The best player was 77 rated - I would have been devastated if I had spent real money on that.

Got mbappe 2 weeks ago but didn't end up listing. Just felt for 460k or whatever it was not sure who I could bring in better.
Although maybe I should have as prices are getting lower.
I could get 1m if I sold Mbappe and neymar....But would I ever pack owt that good again!?:neutral:

You can get Kane for 116k ish bin.

Dunno whether to go for it or wait

Keep hearing about black Friday and people selling 'before the crash' etc. What is it?
Obvs I know about fut but I've only ever got fifa around Nov or Christ mas time so never had it this early.
What's the deal? Why would market crash? Do EA dump a load of special cards out or something?

Ususally make loads of high value packs available in the store, although I didn't play last year so not sure what they did then.

Usually the crash isn't actually on Black Friday, either. Once enough hype builds on twitter etc. about the crash coming, people will start to panic. That causes the market to drop a bit when they sell, which makes more people panic. And that's the crash.

Good time to buy cards, if you want anything of a decent value. But the hard part is working out when the crash is actually happening, it'll probably be lowest before the actual packs are dropped on Black Friday.
 
Finished Liga NOS SBC. Was fully prepped for about 50k cost. Packed Hummels, Sule and IF Foster of note so was profitable for me. Should also make another 30k or so selling left over Silvers.

Have MLS ready to go so will complete today and hopefully pack something decent. Players are pretty terrible though, considered selling up instead but not really that much profit in it.

Bit annoying that EA are blocking all profit making opportunities. Last year made millions from flipping Hellas Verona silvers and Marquee Matchups. This year MM requirements are really easy and the League SBCs aren't as desirable. It's almost as if they want us to spend real money on the game ...
 
Did all tonight packs from club

I've got untradable Lloris in goal in my team.
I packed his tradable in MM.
I then got his tradable UCL card 2 mins later:lol:

Aye it's shite and not worth it.

I'm just fortunate I did all last night's sbcs from my club and made 150k from the 2 tradable Hugo Lloris I packed. But they were from MM.

Best i got from the other ones was that Portugal Juve RB UCL card.

But, pack luck this week means I'm 200k up on the weekend so I'll be taking the packs in rivals rewards tomorrow rather than the 50k

You have some serious pack luck mind!! Lacazette was the only decent card from all the SBCs for me. I also did all 23 MLS teams from my club and the best I got was 84 rated Spanish keeper!!

However I made about 200k yesterday selling all my excess Liga NOS and MLS players plus sold Barca, Inter and Ajax players for 3-4K each. Also still have Mbappe as his price tanked a bit so I will use him as a super sub for a while.

It's swings and round abouts marra. Got those this week, and neymar and Mbappe 3 weeks ago....but it was a barren patch inbetween. Fuck i wasn't even packing useful consumables for a while

I've just tried to be more saavy this year than last few. More diligent and doing maximum amount of sbcs for least cost, saving players in club for later rather than getting rid for cash up front

My pack luck has been shocking this year but it's that easy to accumulate coins this year, it's fine and easy to get a competitive team. Well, for the level I play at. Don't play champs anymore. Rivals may aswel be weekly champs! Never even realized but got a promotional notification last night. Now in Div 4. Canny step from 5. Especially the finishing

I agree mate. The rewards just by doing rivals and the odd SB (I play a few games a week just to get to gold and get a few packs and 12k+) are enough.
I got relegated to div 6 but it's a piece of piss to get elite 1 and if you go untradable that's 6 packs at least even at that level.
With SB and weekly packs it means I've done virtually every SBC ive gone for (not hazard or icons tho) from club.
So you just accumulate coins......

I have done Reus and Gotze this year. Had nearly the league SBC done from bronze packs and silver upgrades but didn't like any of the players. Sold all the players. Could have done some and tried the looks on the packs I guess. The MLS packs looks good. But sold everyone instead.
