It’s time to get behind Chris Coleman

These players are not good enough to get promotion
Rotherham finished on 24 points last season and have challenged for promotion. The players we currently have are without doubt good enough to challenge for promotion in league one.

Could have sworn you said he’d done a remarkable job somewhere? Anyway his team selection, player choice and tactics are open to mitigation.

He’s shite, get rid.
I’m sure I remember you clambering for Coleman to play 5 at the back? Easy now with hindsight to say it was wrong but I was all for playing 5.

I’m usually one for stability, I was far more patient with Moyes than most on here, but Coleman can do one as far as I’m concerned.

Moyes was only 3 years removed from being good enough to succeed the greatest manager of all time, Coleman has failed in every club job he’s ever had.

He saved Fulham from relegation from the Premiership and then got them to 9th. He was sacked the next season with the club 4 points above the relegation zone. Pretty good at Fulham really.

Wrong mate they have shown in the last 2 seasons what a spineless bunch of tosser they are. We need a fresh start with different players

Last season we were in the premier league, this season the championship. That isn't an indication of how they will fair in league one.

It's all about opinions mate but these ***** have been through enough managers. What's that saying....keep doing the same thing over and over and expect different results is madness??

He hasn’t done a very good job but his hands were tied. I don’t think he’s going anywhere, so despite what you want, bitching and moaning won’t achieve anything. Suppport him and see where we are come October time.
watching his post match interview I would say he is definately away as soon as the season finishes thats the impression i get.

I have an amount of sympathy for cc.

for years the club has been in decline and the atmosphere behind the curtains must be rock bottom. even from dm when he was publically declaring the squad wasn't good enough and didn't have the quality and we all know what happened. we dropped down into the lower division and the club didn't sell. virtually no money put and cost cutting measures imposed on all walks of the club life. atmosphere must have dived again with the lack of hope. failure to secure back to back wins shows such a lack of confidence the players have.
other workers at the club will some of them will have their jobs at risk.
hardly surprising the confidence has nose dived

CC has had no money, something he knew. What impressed me, is that he hasn't used this as a defence and criticized es. He has been honest and said, he knew that.
Moyes was given £35 million and said he was given nothing or virtually nothing. we know the reality

is CC the man to bring us back up. he is a young man learning his trade, he was distinctly average at league clubs.

he had a difficult job to take over from gary speed at wales. He done it though and took wales to the semis. However he did have a match winner with a world class player in bales, who was able to turn a loss to a draw or a draw to a win.

he hasn't done well with us, but I don't think he had the players to do it with, but he has made some rather baffling decisions.

it is all going to depend on the consortium who take over.

will they want to make a clean sweep and get rid of mb and cc and his coaching team

one thing for sure we need something that brings hope. once we have that we can move forward

He's proved to be a clueless fuckwit, sack him.

It's not a question of us getting behind Cookie. He's got to seriously be wondering why he bothered signing for us and will look to move on in the Summer amicably. He's got too much about him to want to waste a year of his life overseeing a rebuilding job and league 1 mediocrity at best. It's not what he signed up for and no one could blame him for moving on.

 He's been absolutely awful here, what makes you think he would get a better job?

He had ample opportunity to keep us up, especially when other teams results have been extraordinarily favourable for months on end.

He's done nothing in his time here so far to suggest he's a good manager.

aye because it's dead easy to walk into a shit storm with an absent owner and a CEO who's asset stripping and get us winning every week. f***ing unbelievable man.

Need a new start, someone like the blokes at Lincoln City, for example. Ultimately though, everything depends on the ownership, we will be in continuous meltdown until that changes.
