Obviously not. If they are doing harm to others then they should be stopped. However, getting fat as fuck on coke and Irn bru is a choice they should make for themselves.

Irn Bru reduced their sugar content by 54% to avoid the tax, good on them I say. I'll probably consider it more now to save money.

It's a vile drink for bairns imho but if people want to drink it I'm not going to stop them. Same goes for tabs booze and class a drugs. The second bit not the vile bit. Love chasing the dragon.

I happily pay tax which is directed to the NHS. It's one of the things that is great about this country imo.

To be fair maybe we should have income tax in line with waist measurement. That would make sense. I'm all for that.
It still costs money to fix broken bones. Why should I pay for that?

It will take a lot of pressure off the NHS to reduce the number of Diabetes cases. But, the biggest unnecessary burden is the sheer amount of Drunk people who end up in A&E I'd say. Would you support more taxes on alcohol?

Seriously I am wary of these taxes. I believe strongly that people should have choice in life. I personally think people make many wrong choices. I know I do but in the end your actions are down to yourself.
