Yes. I'm not opening your link but every avenue should be investigated in every case. The case of Madeleine is unique in that everyone wants to know what happened not just people in the UK but people everywhere. I have heard people talk about it across Europe as you probably have, if there is something that needs investigation bugger the cost.
I would be surprised if you didn't agree.

If she's never found, and money is relentlessly ploughed in by the government it could close a hospital.

Yes you are right every missing child is unique and every avenue should and must be investigated but in the majority of cases all leads are exhausted and the cases are closed or left on file.
You do realise what I mean when I say this case is unique. It is. If there is a chance that it can be solved it must be. If a new lead crops up then bugger the cost, look into it.
The same applies to any missing child investigation, if a new lead arises it must be investigated bugger the cost.

Sadly I don't believe the police are genuine when they keep claiming they have new leads, new suspects and are close to making arrests.
The truth is that the list of suspects is endless .... it could be you, me or the head of the Portuguese police.
My opinion is that the case will be cracked from someone informing on the perpetrator ..... not by police intelligence.
Scotland Yard puffed it's chest out and sneered at the Portuguese police because they thought they were better.
They brought in their 'crack search team' for weeks, searched a massive site and found a man's sock.
I have absolutely no faith in them tbh.

The way you debunk any comment that they were not involved in their daughters death would lead the casual observer to believe you do think they killed her. Reading this thread it shines out that you believe the McCann's to be compliant in their daughters death. You keep saying the opposite and have asked Pugwash for an apology. The reality is you owe him an apology. Why not just say you think they are guilty instead of this daft subterfuge?

If if someone informed on the perpetrator it would be classed as police intelligence. I'm not sure they e ever claimed they were close to arrests but I cannot believe they would invent the need for extra funds when that need didn't exist.
I don't have too much faith either TBH but I do think we need to know what happened and bugger the cost.
I don't believe that 100&% and that's a fact, it's a possibility that some people won't entertain.
I believe they were negligent, put their children in danger and behaved in a very strange way.
The police always say that those closest to a murder/abduction victim are those closest .... I'd tend to agree.
Don't try to read things into what I'm saying, I say exactly what I mean.

Somebody put forward a theory why they couldn't have done it and within minutes you'd disagreed. Look you think they are guilty and its not just me that can see it.
Why are you scared to say what you think? Is it because there is zero evidence of what you think?

You said at the beginning of the thread that the parents killing her was more plausible than any other theories. You've dismissed any attempts by anybody to say the parents didn't do it. Its obvious what you think but for some reason you don't just come out and say it
