Can't do another course if it's been less than 3 years since the last offence. The only way you can appeal is to go to court, you'd need to work out if that'll be worth while as the judge has the power to increase the number of points and fine if they want to. Not sure if there are any costs as I've never done it.

I hate this insurance racket. In Manitoba they have a central insurance and it’s a fixed price.

I’ve mentioned this on here before.
When I first passed my test I bought a 1ltr car for £150.
My insurance quotes were £2500-£3000.
At 18 there was no way I could afford that much. So I accidentally forgot to pay. I went over 2 years before I was caught. The judge awarded me a £200 fine, so in reality I saved myself a potential of £4500(ish)

Even after that I bought a 1.3ltr and my quotes were still around £2k  luckily I got a job overseas for a few year. When I returned I was 25 (still with no claims) the quotes dropped to below £1k

This was 99/00, I even called up some saying surely no normal 18 year old can afford to pay this and asked how lads my age manage to drive? She told me to go in my parents insurance to cut cost, my mam was a single parent and didn’t drive so I was fucked
I would see lads driving flash (max power type cars) and they said they were on their mams insurance :lol:

well that's illegal but was what most people did like.

Sounds like it was a trap mind. Tractor, speed camera, bit of road ripe to overtake. You were coerced into it.

I’d take it to court with this as your defence.

Fuck off man, you only saved about 3 seconds by going 35.

I hope you get shanked in prison.

Sounds like a nightmare!

And I would of gotten away with it if it weren't for that meddeling tractor driver...
