What was the feeling amongst SAFC supporters?

This message board and Social Media wouldn't have been around so there wouldn't have been many Mags kicking about bragging and being unbearable unless you actually physically spoke to them.

I think if it were to happen these days it would be utterly unbearable.
To quote dangermows for once ......"I/We just burst out laughing!" I think this was the truth tbh :lol::lol:

If hes a donater it shows hes quite level headed and not here to wind us up I suppose, not sure about hiding it from his lass maybe she hates Sunderland?

But he can post on here without donating money to 'Sunderland' ..... I don't donate and neither do you.

So why should a Newcastle supporter, would you give money to Newcastle?

Some people dont take our local rivals (Newcastle not Boro) as seriously as others marra, at the end of the day its only football

If you are taking my posts seriously then you are the one who takes them seriously, I am not a serious person generally

Alas I was too young to really remember but I remember school being a bit of a nightmare between about 2002 to 2006 as they were obviously in the Champions League during the early part of that period, were still spending relatively big on players like Michael Owen whilst we were in the doldrums.

Once Quinny bought the club and installed Keane and not long after that Ashley acquired them things began to change.

Horrendous time at Sunderland Royal A&E
Crowds of people requiring urgent surgery
Many standing with their heads tucked under their arm
Some with gaping holes in their sides.

The same could be said for us.. I've seen us break lowest point record relegations (15 point season), the 19 point season, very nearly 5 decades without a trophy, the 20 home games with out a win record (that one was very recently), lost at Wembley, never seen us play in europe, saw us lose 5 in a row against the mags last decade which luckily for us they didnt seem to notice because it was never mentioned and lets not even get into this season.. staring into the abyss of league 1 with huge debts hanging over us - we very well could be fucked.

At least we arnt the mags though
Give it up, you’re fooling no one.

Last spring?

It was more of a general observation but yet again it's always about you

No, it was about me and directly under my post.

However if you really insist it was a general observation about homosexuality, on a football thread, I'd guess that confirms what I thought.

Like a lot of Sunderland supporters I remember exactly where I was when that 4th goal went in.

JFK turned to me on the grassy knoll we were sat on, clinked glasses and said, "f***ing Mag bastards, they've blown it marra."

I remember from the lads round corner arranging a title piss up. I was too young to drink but I played spot in the street in my Sunderland shirt and even though they were like 15-20+ years older I still got called a dirty Mackem.

I remember peddling past them laughing then pelting it as used to chase me on my bike.
