I was at that real ale festival the other week in the Point and there was Strawberry, Cherry,Orange..all different fruit flavoured beers and places i've been with my mates (the real ale twats) Strawberry wheat beer is getting more common..I thought it was shite like.

You need to remember we’re not all blessed with such a good selection of beers as your good self .

Good enough that you don't have to choose Stella though

Get yourself something interesting. I'm not suggesting ales, try some different lagers.
Next time you're in TESCO or whatever get yourself a few bottles of Mythos

Greek cooking lager instead of Belgian cooking lager eh?

They both taste like flavoured cider.
ive seen that one of the leaders of flavoured ciders - Kopparberg - have started selling Fruit Lager which is Lemon & Lime iirc...

not sure where that fits with the belgium & their lambic fruit brewing though.

Will do mate - I'll get a few bottles and 4 pints of Stella

Boring sod.

I wouldn't say it's "Greek Fosters". I enjoyed it when I was in Greece. Worth getting a few when I'm at home now and again. Put the glass in the freezer for a bit and enjoy a crisp cool beverage

At least I'm trying to expand his horizons!

Zyphos was quite nice too when I was there
