I presumed he meant random shopping, not groceries and the like.

Its not called "rainy day money" or "savings fund money". He called is "spending" or "dispose of it" moneyNo it doesn't.
A month?Fixed costs of about £8k - fixed income about the same. Bonuses pay for holidays and extra stuff.
"Disposable" doesn't mean that you need to spend it. Just like "flammable" doesn't mean it has to be set on fire. Its not called "rainy day money" or "savings fund money". He called is "spending" or "dispose of it" money
Yes.A month?

No i was shocked at the 8k a month income.......Yes.
Two families to support - 4 kids and 2 dogs, two houses and all the extras. Nowt left of a fine salary.

I live in Copenhagen, marra.Where do you live like?
I was more shocked at £8k per month outgoings. He can't live around here, there aren't many £165k a year jobs, or houses to spend that sort of money on if he earned it.
I live in Copenhagen, marra.
That'll be £7k/mo tax thenI live in Copenhagen, marra.
Makes sense then
Expensive, high taxes etc. - but my salary is nothing extraordinary. My manager makes £50k pr. month.

You'd like like a Lord in the North East on £160k a year like.
I'm assuming the cost of living is pretty high? What % of your net goes on things like rent/mortgage or a car, out of interest?Gross £14k = Net £8k in Denmark unless you're on a special ex-pat scheme
Aye, billsWhat do you count as "bills"?
are shopping money / online subscriptions / diesel top ups / holiday savings for next year / christmas fund / etc counted as bills?
If they count as bills, then I don't actually have that much left to be honest
