The speed camera van isn't anywhere near the staggered junction though, it's in the layby about 1/2 mile further on up Houghton cut or they put it on the downslope of Houghton cut where you gather momentum with the severity of the slope. This forces people to keep checking their speed which in turn means they're not watching the road.Is this the same stretch of road on which there was a fatality in September 2015? Cluster of accidents at the staggered junction at Stoney Gate too. Easy to see why they'd choose to enforce there.
