Its best we just prepare for the worst I think. We're terrible remember and there's only so many times we can expect them to raise their game for the derby.

Yep I'd be confident if I supported any team in the Premier League against the team who's bottom of the league.

Why are you going on about something completely different from the initial point? Is it because you've realised you're wrong?

Yes I'd have been confident playing a team who's bottom of the league with no confidence as I've already stated. But they aren't bottom of the league unfortunately any more and they've just scored six goals in their last game easily beating a team that took the piss out of us that season, whereas we lost (again) against another poor team and created one chance in the whole game from a scrappy set piece.

The original point, I'm guessing here, was about confidence and the upcoming derby, that's still what I'm talking about.

You seem to be on some kind of weird mission tbh.

Newcastle were very recently bottom of the league for good reasons.

If you think a sole win suddenly fills a team, that's won 2 games in about 20 games, full of confidence then I'd have to disagree.

If you think that's absolutely nothing to do with whatever point you're trying to make then fair enough.

You just completely changed it up to sarcastically say that you were scared of them, so no that obviously is nothing to do with the original point. You seem unable to grasp anything that is realistic or not 100% pro Sunderland and 100% anti Newcastle that everything they do is wrong. You have said on here that we'll win and appear pretty confident about it as do a number of other people on here so I really don't understand what your original issue is with me saying that they every right to be confident going into a game against a team bottom of the league with no wins this season as any other team in the league would be. It really isn't hard to understand yet you appear to have a massive issue with it as you keep trying to disagree with it for some bizarre reason.
