SMB Biggest Loser 2014: The Contenders

I am very much liking the idea of contestants donating £1 a week to Bradley's cause, or £1 for every lb lost and £5 for every lb gained, or maybe even both.

I am going to need a deputy too as I am away in February with no internet access.
I think Market Where were offering their services to help.

I don't do charity's. That should be left to individuals to decide i think.

I would be up for the £1 every lb lost and £5 every lb gained I would do it monthly most likely as if i just did over the year it would be too easy to let it slip and still not have to pay the £5 per lb gained as I would be devastated if i weighed more at the end of the year

Ferk me I could be nearly a ton down by next Xmas

 the max I will be losing is 2-3 stone so won't be massively out of pocket however if i put weight on then I'll be struggling!

Good luck to you, marra!

And everyone else doing this!

Too late for me. I've lost just shy of two stone since April. Just another half to go. Down from 17st 4lbs to 15st 5lbs. I want to see those scales back in the 14s by April next year. Best of luck to you all.
Not too far away from my starting weight, currently stand at a shit 17st 10lbs and want to get into the 15s, I'd absolutely love to get into 14s eventually. Well done on your loss.

I'll probably regret this, but I could do with shedding a stone or two. For that reason alone, I'm in!

5' 11" - Weighed a bit under 14st last time I looked and may well be over that by the New Year. Sod counting calories for a lark - no more accurate than the BMI really. I'll try to lose 2st by getting on my rowing machine regularly and not stuffing my greedy face with chocolate biscuits and shite every evening.

This is brave stuff.

Whoever does this will be commended :)

I'm ganna do it for the simple fact is if i achieve the weight loss i then want to pack on the muscle which will obvioulsy put the scale weight back on.

I'm sitting at 15 and a half clem and about 22% BF, i want to get down to about 12%BF by december.

so at least by doing pictures there will be the proof there.[DOUBLEPOST=1387816216][/DOUBLEPOST]cat are ya ganna start a new thread on the 1st of january and ask MODS to sticky it?[DOUBLEPOST=1387816292][/DOUBLEPOST]

Just shows you how different people are - I'm 5'11 and the last time I was 12 clem I was at school. I'd look ill if I ever got down there. My fighting weight is probably about 14, but I've never been below 15 since I've been an adult, no matter how much exercise I've done. So this is a massive ask for me.

Never having cried to the mods like a big baby I'm not sure who they are or how to summon them.
I will probably need to ask that they allow a sticky for the results each week on SMB. There can be a discussion thread in the diet and exercise forum.

Great gesture by those who are going to donate to Bradley. This board continues to amaze me.

Good luck everyone.
