Okay I've been wanting to do this for a long time and now finally have the chance. After been on an all inclusive holiday and hurting my back the last couple of months I've not been able to train and have basically ate shite non stop for the last 8 weeks. My body looks disgusting and I am completely ashamed of the shape I'm in at the minute.
I'm off on a lads holiday on 20 of august so thats may target date to be ready for.
Over the next couple of months I am going to post my exact workout's, my exact diet (what I buy, it's cost, how much I eat, and what time I eat at)
I am doing this to show people how easy it is to get in shape once you put your mind to it. I am no fitness instructor, have no qualifications in this area but I reckon I know my shit. Rather than me saying what to do, and having an argument with someone else what is right and wrong I am going to show you my own way, that work's for me.
I'll try and keep things basic so every one can understand rather than inc macro's and nutrient intake, I'm just gonna put something like oats 120g skimmed milk etc..
As my goal is 4 months away I intend to try and pack on as much muscle as possible over the next 10 weeks then cut the last 6weeks so the start pictures aint gonna show much improvement.
I'd also like to make note that I already have a good core, and excellent abdominal muscles (obviously you can't see it here) so people reading this who may want to follow don't expect to have as defined ab's by the end as I've trained mine all my life, and already have the muscle built up.

Anyone is welcome to join in and follow on, I will be using this as a personal log aswell, but mainly want it to show people that it is possible with a bit of dedication.
