Usually do 9x1k, prob once a month. Try my best to mix it up, though I don't enjoy the sprint stuff. This week I did 3x3k Tuesday and yesterday did 10x400, 8x300, 6x200 (hated that one ).No mate , it's a DIY route, comes to 0.84 of a mile on my app, bout 1300m, 3-4min Breather then go again . as say , wanted to do 6 and bit sick had to bail out early.
How many 1k intervals do you do mate in a session, and how often?
I've only just found the strength to do 9x1k though, takes a while to build up. My first go at 1k was to do 6 as well
