It’s the most obvious signing in my 40 years of supporting. Not just on the field where we are crying out for a DM but off it where the young midfield players could learn shitloads as well as the young French lads surely looking up to such a player?

Why not BHHSame age as Hendo and I’d take him back in a heart beat. Same age as Cory Evens and we are awaiting for his return.

Yann is better than Evans so do it. We need the balance of a CDM as Pierre and Dan are too similar and both naturally attack minded. We need a Gandalf in the middle “You shall not pass”.

Leadbitter really wasn’t that bad, not sure why you’ve included him.

Johnny Evans was great when he came back, racking my brain for others for us, Mensah was good just always injured.

As for elsewhere…

Drogba
Fowler
Henry
Crouch
Defoe (with spurs not us)
Sheringham
Robbie Keane

Those of the top of my head, there’ll be loads more.
