Easy answer . The lazy bastard that didnt show up last game .
If theyre all playing out of their skin do it on who is lowest physically . They have the technology these days with heart rate variability monitoring etc to see who is slightly struggling/declining even if its not apparent to the player .

How on earth do you know that Mvilla not playing has extended his career? For all we know he may not have played because he cant play more than three games in a row. We have no idea.

Jordan Henderson hasn't played in 6 months Henderson is 33 and ajax have made him their best paid player on a 2.5 year deal ...

It's all relative... and right now having yann back feels right.
People seem keen to shit all over this ... but for me this feels like a wrong that's being put to right
