Absolute bollocks man. Any fans in the country would have taken the piss in that situation. It's football.
As for that shite about pushing them away. We signed 3 players from them last season man.

Of course you wouldn't Philip, you'd have to actually go to a game to do that and you never do, you complete shambles. No they wouldn't. I for one wouldn't, and I won't be the only one.
Give owa man you absolute wailing fanny. No they wouldn't. I for one wouldn't, and I won't be the only one.
Put it this way, the next time your wife/girlfriend/best friend/casual acquaintance or whatever tries their hardest to achieve something but fails at the last hurdle, see how they feel if you laugh in their face and take the piss for failing. See what happens.
It's not nice, it's not clever and all it does is make the other person think you're a thoughtless twat. Is it worth it for that moment where you're revelling in the euphoria of your wonderful "banter"?
Give owa man you absolute wailing fanny.
We've been on the receiving end of plenty of stick in recent seasons for being a steaming pile of shite. I take it on the chin and move on. As has been mentioned Man Utd fans revelled in relegating us.
Just because you are so thoughtful and wouldn't dare be nasty to those poor old Man Utd fans doesn't mean it wouldn't have happened in any other ground in the country. It would've. Football fans take the piss out of each other.
He couldn't be nasty to them. He never goes.Give owa man you absolute wailing fanny.

Lol just get out and get it over with man. Your proper mates/decent workmates will give you a little ribbing as they should. The cob ends that take it too far! Well feck them, why do you care what they say.. Take it on the chin fella. He's probably right and personally I didn't join in. However, they really are a precious hypocritical bunch, nearly all of their repertoire of songs rip the piss out of the opposition as they did that day as well. A quick cheer, a Poznan and the whole thing was over. The following season they even had a poster referring to this and how they were going to put the final nail in our relegation coffin as revenge. We won and stayed up.
Back on topic, I don't know yet. I am too scared to venture out of my office. I think I might stay here and piss my pants instead of facing up to either severe patronisation or piss taking. I'm git hard me.
He's f***ing pathetic man.@fyl2u digging the actual supporters who go to games again ffs![]()
Idiots and children take the piss out of each other.
Intelligent adults think it's stupidity.
One of the mags I work with said this has given him more joy than Newcastle winning a trophy would![]()
Got to say I thought it was pretty pathetic at the time and, as the Man Utd fan said, made us look small time. I never rub people's noses in it and consequently don't get it back. I enjoyed it when the Mags went down but didn't rub their noses in it knowing that sooner or later the boot would be on the other foot. I find all that stuff, even the plane banner, juvenile schoolyard bickering. I know some enjoy it but I find it tiresome.Absolute bollocks man. There's a Man Utd fan at my office who's pretty happy with your demise. He said the way you lot celebrated wildly when Man City won the league showed a lack of class and showed your club up as small time.
No mackems where I work though, so I'll just get my kicks on here.
It's all good man, it's one of the reasons derbies are so gut wrenching, they give you the bragging rights at work. It's only pisstaking.Got to say I thought it was pretty pathetic at the time and, as the Man Utd fan said, made us look small time. Was it small time for them to rub our noses in it when we were relegated at their place aswell then? They certainly did. It's fuck all to do with small time. The Man Utd fans just couldn't hack another club taking the piss out of them like they have to others so often in the past. Typical of them to dish it out but can't take it back.Got to say I thought it was pretty pathetic at the time and, as the Man Utd fan said, made us look small time. Fair do's I just didn't think it was very funny. A bunch of kids thinking they were being clever. I tend to find Man Utd fans are fine unlike Liverpool or Everton. To me, there's sometimes some really funny pisstaking - like when a fans shout for a handball and then the opposition fans shout 'handball' at every chance - it was funny the first time, not now that its done often. I used to find it funny when we would sing 'we hate cockneys' when we were playing Southampton or Portsmouth - they were obviously not Cockneys and we knew it. I guess we've all got different senses of humour but I must say I cringed when our fans did the Poznan. Was it small time for them to rub our noses in it when we were relegated at their place aswell then? The fact that it still hurts them so deeply now just shows it served it's purpose to me.Fair do's I just didn't think it was very funny. A bunch of kids thinking they were being clever. Interesting that a large volume of comedy is made up of pisstaking then. I suppose it must be very upsetting for you.
If it hadn't been Sunderland, it would have happened at any other ground they'd have played at.That was idiotic.
