If you're salaried you'll work an extra day.
Example, 365 days minus 104 weekend days, minus 25 days holiday, minus 8 bank holidays equals 226 work days.

April 23 to March 24 you'll work 227.

Most MW staff will be paid by the hour.

its 365.25 days in a year. thats where the leap year comes from. you could work 226.25 days a year every year i guess.

Yip I've said that in earlier posts. Although I click an extra day every four years.

Just to throw another one in, if your work years are Apr - Mar, depending on when Easter falls you could end up working extra days from 1 year to the next. Probably works out across the board, but if you get promotions or when you retire etc, could well either click or get short changed.
