You get paid monthly the same amount whatever month it is, whether there’s 31 days in it or not. Gov pension is paid every 4 weeks, not sure how this will work, I assume it's 28 days but it will be interesting.Dunno mate im retired . Do it get extra pension

I'm paid based on an annual salary. I don't expect more pay in different months.I've just read somewhere If you get paid monthly your effectively working 21 days this month Instead of 20 so should be paid an extra day

Most MW staff will be paid by the hour.I’ve asked this before your wage is all factored into a leap year every four years so this extra day already counted for. No idea how it works for minimum wage staff mind

Ask to WFH and then watch TV all day. They can’t prove anything.Those of us who work on Thursday the 29th may not be entitled to additional pay for that extra day unless their employment contract provided otherwise.
