I'm surprised he hasn't gone back to 1st team management, unless he likes coaching in the academy. I'd make him head coach instead of Dodds for remainder of the season

Seems like a good fit for 21s maybe, he did the whole temp manager till end of the season at Rangers and ended with a double spanking off Celtic and a relieving of duties.
I actually think the 21s coach as part of the first team staff is a really good thing for the players stepping up.
