We need to sign players who instantly improve the side and are instantly played in the position in which they are capable.

We need to stop signing lads to plug gaps for which they are not made. And we need to start games with a side that fancies it's chances of battering the opposition.

By the time our out of position lads work out where they should be the ball is in the net, and we don't currently have a front pairing to reliably outscore the opposition.

Anyone who is stewing over contract issues should be dropped. (in any position).
