Don’t know what the point of Ross Stewart is. Power has been disappointing the last few games, and Jones was disappointing tonight. Our CMs are completely ineffective - teams on the attack just waltz straight through. McFadzean is woefully out of his depth.

Playoffs it is then. I just hope everyone can find enough form to get through them because I swear to Christ if we lose another Sunderland v Charlton or Sunderland v Portsmouth Wembley final, I am done.
 
Such a disappointing week or so, to throw a great chance away again isn't even frustrating it just makes me feel fed up. Hopefully we get it together for the play-offs, if we make them.

We weren’t even in the playoffs when he was appointed.

We were 13th under parkinson

TBF that actually worked. McGeady had been a marked man on the wing and moving him inside meant he got a ball in for the goal.

to me the question marks are over why Jones and Diamond disappear when we are 1 up and in a position to control the game.

Expected it, because its Sunderland. Have to get going again though because if we hit the playoffs in this form we won't even make the final. Charlton, Blackpool and Portsmouth have all hit good form at the right time.

We're miles off those three sides at the moment. It's all between the ears with this lot. Our lads have utterly bottled it. They look pedestrian and clueless. Waiting for mcgeady to pull a rabbit out a hat.

Would happily never see scowen again.
