He's more of a coach than we've had since we've been down here. It's something that we've really missed since being here. That being said he does get himself caught in some mental cul-de-sacs. The refusal to go with a 4-3-3 with Leadbitter at the base is baffling.
I'm not sure he's a good one. Certainly fancies himself as one though. This 4 subs shite is pathetic too.

Haway lads. I've been going through this shit for 58 years. While the league that we are in is a disgrace when measured against our amazing support, going on performances and achievements, this isn't close to being poor. That isn't to say it is acceptable, far from it.
Agreed. I have suffered for 62 years, but it still hurts.

Each time there's the slightest whiff of pressure they collapse. Bottle jobs.

I’m not sure, I don’t think it’s a pressure thing. I think it’s a lack of quality and decision-making. That performance wasn’t too different to losing at home to Wigan earlier in the season, was it? No one was saying then they were ‘bottlers’. I think that’s just something fans and pundits say when there’s the context that the end of season brings.

What is this based on though? How is he more of a coach? What has he achieved in his career compared to Ross and Parkinson to say that he’s more of a coach?

Doesn’t mean he’s entirely responsible either does it? Unless he’s telling Power to leave his man at the back post?

He came in mid season, with a lopsided squad, suffered a defensive injury crisis and for me he’s done/doing a decent job.

That doesn’t mean his selections and tactical set ups don’t frustrate the hell out of me but have a bit of perspective.

Lee Johnson isn’t to blame for the last three seasons and as difficult it is to see after the last to abject results he’s still moved us forward.

The frustration is the two wins in the last couple of game’s would have had us bang on the front front.
Didn’t say he was entirely to blame. I said he has some questions to answer because that tonight was unacceptable.

Team is not settled.

Power rb and cm
ONien rb, cb in a 2, cb in a 3
Gooch rwb, winger, behind the cf
Jones left and right
McGeady wing and behind the cf
McFazdean wing back, full back
Stewart behind Wyke
OBrien behind Wyke
Winchester behind Wyke
CM pairing not consistent

I’ve probably missed some too

Said it a while ago on here, we haven’t played well since Pompey and feared someone would trip us up.

Wasn’t expecting us to bottle it like this like.

We don’t deserve to get in the autos and we won’t win the play offs.

Typical f***ing Sunderland
