Why Can't 80% Of Season Ticket Holders Be A***d To Go Today?

Difficult to get excited about the FA Cup first round. It's got a status not much different to the pizza cup group stages.

We have been getting mullered every game. Everyone is sickened off.

It isn't cheap for season ticket holders. Taking my son to this game would be no cheaper pro rata than a League game. In fact slightly more expensive with booking fees.

I was thinking of demolishing a shed instead.

Putting a picture of the team first on the shed together with last few results? You’ll knack it in minutes, then be able to go!

People will save money for arsenal away too a few days before Christmas.
That is also on my agenda of wants. So there lies another £200+ In the lead up to christmas. I mean no one has to justify their actions to me,.but these sweeping accusations are a tad ridiculous by the OP

I just think it is my duty through good and bad, wierdly I love being at the match! Bloody East Stand today, hope no sun

Should factor in these games to season card costs imo, make each game a fiver or a tenner or something for the first few rounds. Unsure if many would go even if it was free though.
It's £12/£6 today anyway. Apparently the lowest the FA will allow. The only way most card holders would go is if a certain number of rounds were included in the price.

That's what I said, they should be included in the cost of a season card, it takes more effort/consideration to have to purchase a ticket, fans may be more inclined to go if they already have the tickets included.

It's called supporting your team.
It’s all about personal choice.
We’re not going to win the FA Cup
We could do without more games to play
I’m not interested in watching Mansfield
We got hammered last two times out
It’s cold
The bairn wants to go take his mates out for the day for his birthday
I fancy going out for something to eat with my wife this afternoon
I probably wouldn’t watch it on the telly
The atmosphere will be shite.

Might change my mind yet but I don't think we'll bother. The bairn doesn't fancy it and I'm a bit under the weather. When I last checked Ticketmaster there was only six blocks of the East Stand open n'all. And it's Mansfield. Just has unappealing written all over it.
I’m a season ticket holder and I’ve had no communication from the club until a post came up on Facebook about how to buy tickets at 9pm last night. I’m kind of meh after the last few results, but still might go, but the club don’t seem to be arsed about getting me there so my motivation is low.

I'm there today anyway, but I do take the point. The problem might be that the away side are entitled to a chunk of the gate, and there's no additional income for the club to cover that if card holders are effectively paying nothing.

That's a hell of a lot!

I'm gannin, like.
Maybe cost? Yes tickets are cheap but there's other costs involved in attending a game.
I'm going but I'm not gonna criticise those who are financially stretched at the moment.

Away team get a third iirc.

I'm arnly gannin cos there's nowt else to do and I'm really not looking forward to It , owa lass is 9am til 10 pm at work today if she'd been off we may have had a look out for the day as both of us aren't in the best of places right now, yet a month ago I was even taking in the reserve games I was that excited about the lads,
