Not if you're buying the tiny cañas.I just automatically though actual half's. Not sure little continental beers are a true half anyway, so I'm technically right.
Two hands and one mouth.dave, i think you have a problem.
Which is exactly what I'm buying. Not if you're buying the tiny cañas.
Real gadgies drink bottles of Double out of a half glass
Hang your head in shame....The only time i buy one is if say before match, i havent got time for a full one, but havent got enough to last before we leave pub, so get a half & top up my pint
You anarl.If it’s a 9-12% ale. Then there’s nowt wrong with a half.
Some triple IPAs are easily a fiver, if not more, a half at 11-12%.
Actually, my bad, should have said tubo. I get a jarra where possible but other times may be a copa or caña. If it's only cañas available I often opt for Alhambra 1925 verde (or rojo if no verde).Which is exactly what I'm buying.
Caña of Estrella does me for a chilled beer in the sun.Actually, my bad, should have said tubo. I get a jarra where possible but other times may be a copa or caña. If it's only cañas available I often opt for Alhambra 1925 verde (or rojo if no verde).

12% ale..., ouch!!!If it’s a 9-12% ale. Then there’s nowt wrong with a half.

God this place has camped reet up lately. You don't drink 12% IPAs by the pint. It'd be an expensive and short night.

...a half of draught beer for yourself in a pub/bar?
Don't think I ever have in 35 years tbh. Canny few lads drinking them in the bar I'm in atm. Canny pricey like, one beer and I didn't even get a 5 pund note change from me tenner.
In Rotterdam a week and a half ago, it's standard on the continent
Why buy two halves instead of a pint?
Is it because the pint starts to go warm?
