Stayed until the end in an act of stubbornness. Never left a match early in my life. Not blaming anyone who did.

Left at 7-1 away at Chelsea.
Left at 6-1 away at Everton.
Left at 5-0 against the mags.

1st time I can remember leaving a home game early. Terrible day
 
Have never left a match early for over 50 years - when I missed a goal. Each to their own.

65 mins. 4 nowt.
I'd arranged a lift home off me father In law as I didn't fancy staying out.
At 3 nowt I was trying to ring him to say leave it cos I was sick as fuck and they'd driven me to drink, but couldn't reach him.

Walked out at 4 nowt straight to me lift for him to say 'I came to get you early cos I thought you'd want out sharpish' :D
