Not what I've heard. I've heard a vague name mentioned but there's a few companies with similar names. Looking at the potential ones it could be, I think it'll be the Cosy Club (or one of its sister companies). But could be way off the mark

Looks great. Wish they'd cleaned up the top floor, though, while they had the scaffolding up. It's a bit manky.

I think it's where the big screen is right now as it says the viewing platform overlooks the culture building so you can watch it being built
