What do you bicep curl?

I can comfortably bench about 80kg (176lbs)
I dumbbell press 20kg each arm or 88lbs
I don't normally do squats like

Am a pure animal like ;)

That sounds a bit strange to me! I'm no gym expert, but go 3 times and bench using dumbells of 28kg each arm but only bicep curl 10kg. I think one of our bodies is out of proportion, and considering I do legwork once a week, I'm guessing it's not me!

I thought that like.

His press is 80kg but dumbbell press is 20kg each arm also? Bit strange I thought..... Then a 17.5kg curl, I wonder if he does them right though? Or is it swinging legs?
