The simple fact that Spurs have not won a game in the league during 2026 should have been a big enough clue for Owen that they are less than the sum of their parts. That's now 5 points from the last 42 available, a run rate of less than 14 points for a whole season. Thanks to a decent ish start though they've still got a chance to stay up if De Zerbi can somehow lift the players.

Or just a Sunderland supporters natural pessimism?
Owen claimed Spurs players were superior,completely ignoring our performances this season . Makes him a massive twat IMHO🙂

Being a pundit is a great job ,staying in the game without the pressure of bring a coach or manager. One would think they would put a bit more effort in and do a bit of homework. Watch more games than their old clubs and the top 6.
