What a twat

Michael Owen is . Before the game saying Spurs would do us over ,as they were a much better side. On paper maybe ,at full strength, but as Clough said ,football is played on grass
Even Lescott agreed with him. Pundits giving us no credit at all.

I think Owens' brain shrank while playing for the jawdees at Castlgrey Skull. Think as mince

Haway man, not going to sit here and recall and list them all....

But immediates are first 2 home alones, a few of the standard gangster films fronted by De Niro and Pacino, the odd classic like Shawshank and erm Ghostbusters, Point Break and Predator (in case you're looking for a theme ).

Folks never had films on, the missus won't sit through them so never really been a thing.

Seems like all the ones youve seen are excellent.

The simple fact that Spurs have not won a game in the league during 2026 should have been a big enough clue for Owen that they are less than the sum of their parts. That's now 5 points from the last 42 available, a run rate of less than 14 points for a whole season. Thanks to a decent ish start though they've still got a chance to stay up if De Zerbi can somehow lift the players.

I thought Spurs would beat us doesn’t automatically make me a twat, I fit other twat criteria mind you.

Footballers these days often have to use their feet.

That would’ve been a goal had it gone inside the post.

Whichever team scores more goals usually wins.

If there’s a bit of rain about, it makes the surface wet.

Do you base that thought on the fact that Spurs players are much better than ours?
Or just a Sunderland supporters natural pessimism?
Owen claimed Spurs players were superior, completely ignoring our performances this season . Makes him a massive twat IMHO🙂

Its because we've made them look like tit's as everyone said we would go straight down.

Good. I’m not sure we have the swagger to play as favourites. If clubs start sitting off us and giving us respect we’re probably in trouble 😂

A lot of people still think we revolve around Granit Xhaka.
He’s a tit. Going on about having the bravery to throw apples in a bin as a kid, a proper weird bloke.
When we at Madrid he used to his paper from the same shop at the airport. It was 30 mins there and back

Not sure that makes him a twat, just a bit simple considering he's actually played football

Being a pundit is a great job ,staying in the game without the pressure of bring a coach or manager. One would think they would put a bit more effort in and do a bit of homework. Watch more games than their old clubs and the top 6.

Wayne Rooney has his own show, says it all really.

I've edited the post as never watched his show but just perhaps this gives more airtime to his guests. So could be method in the madness.
