We went for £40m as a league 1 club with no resale value in our squad at all (albeit we were due parachute payments). We're now a settled championship club with a playing squad valued at £100m+. We'd sell for £150m plus imo, maybe more

All of them are historically proven to not properly establish themselves in the top division so its almost a given they will go down with relegation wiping of at least 50% off the value.

Better to buy one is distress and build it back up.

Pattinson, Cirkin, Ballard, Bellingham, Ekwah & Dan Neil would attract sizeable bids as things stand. They just don't get the media attention that Clarke currently does
