We need a new manager (Can I have some bites please)

If this wasn't a long term poster you would think skunk, but I'll believe it's magic powder instead.

Criticism of his subs is one thing but changing Manager and relating it to the coming window is on another planet stuff.

Not a manager he is a coach will have little to no say who the club gets rid of or brings in. Wouldn't be surprised if someone is actually telling him when to make subs and who to bring on

A year ago this month SAFC gave Michael Beale a 3 year contract and then gave Michael Dodds the interim job again. Tbf even though Reggie has had nothing to beat to improve on those two I wouldn't trust KLD or Speakman when they tried to improve on Uncle Tony in attempting to do the same with an upgrade on Reggie. I would think even they will stick with what they have on that score.
 
There's areas for improvement granted but a new manager? Seriously? I think he's done quite well with what he's got to work with - we're sitting fourth right now and only lost four games and we're what, halfway through the season?

I think some people have forgotten where we've been the last lot of years.

Manager is very raw and is cutting his teeth with us. Has made some very questionable decisions but needs to be with us for minimum three years.
