We need a new manager (Can I have some bites please)

I just voiced an opinion i had. i didn't abuse anyone, it's a forum where people voice their opinions. I'm not drunk, stoned, stupid, a mag, childish, or a c#*t. I dont have a clue who will replace him when the time comes... which it will one day then all 6 or 7 pages of this thread will be baying for his head... that's life.
I'm old and seen a lot more than most,so what i have some thoughts that seem to annoy people they're mine. Why do clubs wait till they're in the shit before sacking a manager. Why can't a club that pisses the championship see that the manager was fantastic to do this but just might be lacking to take the step up, just like a lot of players. Look at the promoted clubs who through loyalty wait until they're getting pummelled every week then sack those same successful managers, get a replacement who is so far behind the 8 ball he hasn't a chance. Ok, it's not all but someone will come up with stats to say there's exceptions.... again it's just my opinion. Someone opinion is that I'm a c#*t...... what makes his thought more right than mine.
Yes he makes changes and the same players come out and improve in the 2nd half but earlier it was a good 1st half then a shit last 45 mins. Whens the last time we had a good 90 minute ... it should be more often.
Must admit i have had a beer.

No one deserves abuse for their opinion. Regardless of how ridiculous. If it’s that bad there will be plenty of facts people can respond with.

Unfortunately it’s rife on here.

As much as i like him he is showing his limitations to get us to that next level which is top2 in this division. His lack of timing on substitutions and stubborness to rotate the players will cost us promotion. If by any chance we do scrape up via the play off's we will be cannon fodder very quickly because of the fact it's a squad game now and not just your best 11. I realise some of our fringe players aren't as gifted as the first picks but that's what managers do... fit them in. Even the top teams have baggage, even if they did cost millions more than we could imagine.
Maybe a good January window will prove me wrong.

As much as I’d miss it, this place being shut down might not be such a bad thing.

Less place for brain dead morons to post their drivel.

Bring back Simon Grayson

We need less injuries and TEAM to concentrate especially at games end . (Last two matches conceded in 90+ minute). Rlb , hes a great motivator but even he must be fuming. See us holding our position to make playoff places. A fantastic achievement with such a young squad playing good football.

I don’t think you understand the structure at most clubs these days fella.

Speakman buys the players and RLB is paid to coach them.

Granted he will get a voice on who to go for but at the end of the day the final decision won’t be his
Do you reckon there is a fanbase anywhere in the land with a higher percentage of people living with brain injuries?
There’s certainly plenty on Glue mate

You make me look like Ken Dodd on ecstasy.

‘Big’ Mal - absolute clown

Assume this is a windup. Either way you’re entitled to your opinion.

I happen to think current manager is doing an outstanding job and needs time. Seasons not months.

Bring back Beale

He’ll have us back to 17th in no time

This flurrying with the top of the table is not what supporting safc is about
