We need a new manager (Can I have some bites please)

We don’t, I think he’s ideal for what we need at the moment, he’s very stubborn though. Never changes at half time, even when it’s obvious to 40,000 in the stadium that changes are needed

Usually vindicated by the fact the same players come out second half and play better in recent weeks. He does also change things, change doesn’t always mean substitutes there are tactical tweaks he makes all the time.

As much as i like him he is showing his limitations to get us to that next level which is top2 in this division. His lack of timing on substitutions and stubborness to rotate the players will cost us promotion. If by any chance we do scrape up via the play off's we will be cannon fodder very quickly because of the fact it's a squad game now and not just your best 11. I realise some of our fringe players aren't as gifted as the first picks but that's what managers do... fit them in. Even the top teams have baggage, even if they did cost millions more than we could imagine.
Maybe a good January window will prove me wrong.
Played 24, won 12, drawn 8, lost only 4!

What exactly were you expecting from a new manager in his first half a season, with a brand new squad, (that were 2 weeks away from being relegated back in May).

The OP has been bored shitless between Xmas and New year and decided to wind a few people up and it has worked, fair play. Views & replies shooting up, job done.

all we need is a propa banger then in. We have only needed one for 4 years, so should not be that much of a surprise.

This just isn’t true is it. We weren’t “nearly relegated” last season.
Erm, okay. I believe at one point we were 6 points from relegation zone so, wasn't good was it. It's a very bizarre thing being an SAFC can. Expectations are very high because we 'unexpectedly' came out swinging for about, 8 games?

We've been doing our best since then and are 4th haha Which is tremendous. Nevermind yesterday. Thtat's Football, we've done it to other teams.

Reggie's learning his trade in the Championship as much as the young players, and he's totally reliant on the owners and Speakman as far as the squad is concerned. Recent results have been annoying but 4th after half a season isn't too bad, let's see if he can up his game in the New Year. Play-offs at least are very possible, and we may have settled for that in August.

This Le Brie fellow needs this full season.

He's a yes man and fits the owners brief, just wish we had a owner who would invest in the club, with the current squad it wouldn't take much .

Having said that it would still be millions

We weren’t nearly relegated last season. We had enough points after 39 games to be safe. Not saying it wasn’t anything but a shit season, but we weren’t threatened with relegation at any point.

Bit of frustration creeping in with Le Bris
Far too early to be looking for another change , he’s earned that right so far

Halfway through the season, 4th in the league and a comfortable cushion within the playoffs. Injuries all over the shop. I think he's done pretty well (even if his lack of subs irritates sometimes).

Le Bris is still learning his craft, that's obvious - he clearly isn't yet the finished article. That said, he has most assuredly improved(or at least not gotten in the way of) the development of our brightest talents. I think he has already gotten us above where most reasonable folks thought we'd be at the halfway mark, he seems to at least have something about him tactically, and I think he still has a lot of growth ahead of him - I think that bodes well for both him and SAFC.
