No. Non essential shops shut as well.
There was a professor on the news this morning saying that the whole of the UK should have a two week lockdown but only if they use the time to sort out test and trace. It should be taken off central government and done at a local level. He said there's no point having a lockdown unless you use the time to sort things out.
