We had tickets for row v in the lower end. Ticket office rang earlier to say villa have informed them that the row isn’t available on Sunday so have moved us to row c. Just logged on to see if the link was there and it doesn’t work

Edit. It’s worked now

I’m on safari on iPhone but still greyed out. Haven’t had this issue before

I got that for the Newcastle match. I contacted the Sunderland ticket office ( emailed ) and they sorted it within 5 mins. Mind you I was put in row Q and there wasn't one lol.
