Last time we played there we parked at Star City, it was a long walk to the ground but handy on to the motorway after the game. Was plenty of space but it was a night match.
Is star city free?

Conflicting answers online but given it has a cinema, an all day stint doesn't seem out of the ordinary.

Hello mate we got our tickets but still undecided about parking. Will check star city out now. It doesn't look too far.
£6 in an uber thats what I'm planning

aye the quick get away is appealing, after the long walk back course lol... is the 34 mins as google maps is suggesting correct or less if walking briskly?

Is anyone parking in the city centre and getting the shuttle to the ground? Or is it a nightmare for parking?
It was when we went but that was a while ago, a lot of those places have restrictions on now.
Says it is on the website so looks as though it still is

IIRC half an hour our is about right, it’s not the area for a casual stroll anyway

Aye they are going to waste likely.

Have spoke to Villa ticket office and it could only be done at our end- which means it would quite frankly be impossible.
Shite that innit. The club can’t be doing ID checks etc. while also not being able to give fans a chance to hand back tickets imo.

I’m desperate to go tomorrow as I am every game - and I reckon even the fans that hate the idea of fans passing on tickets would prefer someone like me to go (without the right number of loyalty points) if the only other alternative is the ticket isn’t used at all.

Surely it could be automated, that you click some button the tickets go back to the club and go back on sale to those on 10+ points.

I’d gladly give my loyalty point up and pass it to another through the club. I’ve got 84 points, I’m not trying to farm them, I just really struggle with travelling at minute.

I was supposed to be getting cleared to drive yesterday but appointment was cancelled at the very last moment. So I’d made no travel arrangements as was driving, hoping to be cleared by wolves game 🤞or this shit will happen again. The whole ticketing unused thing losing loyalty points when it’s purchased is bullshit too, it’s only fair to remove if an alternative means is offered.

@hank evans if you can get to Washington services ashington & Ellington branch pick up there and under 16’s travel free with a paying adult, sent you a dm…

we've booked at a place called y international through just park. cost £15 though but fairly near. there's plenty of street parking off kingsbury road the other side of the m6 but it's a canny walk.
