Unusual Museums

The Mütter museum in Philadelphia (Pennsylvania, not Sunderland) is class if you're interested in skin diseases and pieces of Albert Einstein's brain.

Just talking about school trips and one of the lad's I work with said he went to the Derwent Pencil museum for a school trip once.

And I thought lightwater valley every single year was bad....

But looking about and it seems there's loads of these really obscure museum's across the UK

The UK’s most unusual museums you need to visit

A dog collar museum,

A cuckoo clock museum called cuckooland

The House of Marbles looks interesting, but a lawnmower museum???

Complete with image of a nice looking lady riding an old lawnmower

Anyone been to any of these? Any we would recommend are added to the list?
In Nicosia there's a house of Barbarism where the Turks killed a Greek family in the early 70s, everything was left in its place, blood stained bullet ridden walls and empty shells in the bath with kids shoes and clothes left lying around covered in blood. Truly horrific.
There were still shops in the neutral zone where nothing has been touched for nearly 50 years. Plates of food left on tables and cars in showrooms when the Greeks fled the massacre.

Really important to keep things like that in place and a good decision imo.

Reminds people of the true horrors of warfare.

Such a shame whats happened to Cyprus over the years like.

As an 18 year old working for the UN, a peace keeping force it was a real eye opener.

The Sinchon Museum of American War Atrocities in North Korea.

Genuinely the most graphic, disturbing and terrifying propaganda museum on earth, depicting a fictional massacre by American troops in the Korean War.

Dummies of people getting tortured in horrific ways, blood font text, audio screams of chileren, blood stains, etc. Truly messed up

I'm sure there must be a Museum of the Misplaced Apostrophe somewhere. If there isn't, however, the OP can start one.

Small witchcraft museum in silliman university in dumaguette in the Philippines, loads of hocus-pocus voodoo dolls and stuff, far better was the KGB museum in Prague where the odd Russian curator re-enacts killing people with his garrotte and knives
