University student stabbed

I think the copper here made a really bad judgement call and that'll be down to a lack of experience and/or a lack of training. That's my opinion

You think he made a bad decision because the establishment is racist against white people. Crack on
I think it’s a lot worse than a really bad judgement call it’s gross misconduct minimum

The way he spoke seems his decision was already made before he arrived.

I mean a bloke laying down by a car trying to climb over a fence to get away blood in his mouth.

My first thought would be aye let’s handcuff him

He posed zero threat on the floor, if I was the lads family I’d want the copper jailed to be honest.

Mahmood explains: "There have been calls to limit the right of Sikhs to carry their ceremonial knife, the Kirpan, one of the five holy items in their faith."

She clarifies that this right has been strengthened and will not be changed.

But she then adds: "Let me be clear: carrying a knife for the purpose of religious observance is one thing, using it, as so tragically occurred in this case, is quite another.
I don’t understand how she can say the right to carry a blade has been strengthened, seems like a really poor thing to say

can i ask how many times you have been a first responder at an assault when you have been expected to deal with something . you have only seconds to decide what to do. you have been given a sitrep over the radio. You are being told by some people at the scene.

The mother is still an Indian national AFAIK. Does that mean she will be going back to India after serving her sentence? I would imagine most countries if you commit a serious crime you would be sent back. Would ask the same question if she was Australian or Canadian.

The web would suggest yes but because of her age, family here, will she be able to stay - all a bit vague.

She won’t be deported because “she has a right to a family life”

You don’t need a lot of training to establish that, whether the accusation is true or not the first person you should help between:-

- I’ve been stabbed
- He’s knocked by turban off
